FemPlay is a deep, yet playful 4-week explorative dive through movement, breath, and sound. A welcoming container to embrace your desires and creative fire while honouring the season within you.
FemPlay is an invitation. It is a choice. You get to decide how you show up to meet yourself each time — an act of devotion to your sensual nature. Flowing between turning yourself on and softening in your stillness. Becoming your body’s best lover as you get to know yourself, this version of you.
You’ll be invited to dance between slow, sensual embodiment and playful, free expression. I’ll guide you to explore and bring awareness to your breath and introduce sound reflections — tones, hums, and sung journeys woven from the energy of the room.
This is a space for exploration and fun — a container to witness what arises. Can you give yourself permission to feel tender… silly… cheeky and wildly joyful?
To explore, unravel, descend, and coax yourself open — a coming home to the feral, beautiful creature you are.
No previous experience needed. All bodies and experience levels are welcome — modifications and guidance are offered throughout.

This is a space for you to meet yourself. My role is to hold a steady, potent container; your role is to navigate your own inner landscape.

I facilitate movement workshops, women’s circles, and embodied experiences — and I’m available to perform or hold space for your event, retreat, or community gathering.
Through dance — including burlesque and body celebration — or through voice, offering original earth-based music, I bring a rooted, alive presence that honours the body and the land.
